Christmas/New Year Delivery Dates

LAST ORDER DATES FOR EXPRESS PAID DELIVERY:

Asia (3-5 working days): 14th December 2017.
EU (2-3 working days): 17th December 2017.
United Kingdom (Next Day): 21st December 2017.

LAST ORDER DATES FOR FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY:

Order before the following dates to be eligible for free worldwide delivery.

Asia (7-10 working days): 5th December 2017.
EU (3-5 working days): 13th December 2017.
United Kingdom (2-3 working days): 20th December 2017.

Delivery 

Our orders are shipped from either the warehouse in Hong Kong or London. It can be difficult to estimate the exact time of product arrival, you should expect delivery in 4-6 working days after receipt of order as all our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of ordering with FEDEX or Royal Mail U.K., excluding bank and public holidays that will require up to extra 2 days for order processing. We will provide tracking details by email after your goods have been dispatched. Please use this service to see the status of your delivery. If you need assistance, please contact us at info@adexewatch.co.uk and we aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Current delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout and be included in your total order amount.

Within EU (Excluding U.K.) 2-5 Working Days

Returns 

1. Must be made within 30 days from the day following receipt of dispatch confirmation

2. In terms of packing, please include the watches and all enclosures such as manual, copy of delivery note and receipt in original packing. We do not mind how it is packaged from outside as long as everything inside the original box is securely sealed

3. Please ensure the return is made with a tracking number as ADEXE is not responsible for any losses or damages during the return transition.

4. All customers must be responsible for the cost of return or exchange UNLESS due to an error by ADEXE. For example, faulty watch and wrong product supplied. Therefore, please ensure you contact us before products exchange or return to avoid extra costs on you.

Within 24 hours of receiving the product, we will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition. If so, we will refund the full purchase price after standard shipping cost (in some cases) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will only refund to the same payment card used to place the original order.

If the returned goods are not in acceptable condition, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or to arrange to send them back to you at your delivery costs. If you do not respond within 90 days, we will donate the watch to charity organization and no refund shall be made.

 
Exchanges
 

1. Goods may be exchanged up to 30 days from the day following receipt of dispatch confirmation

3. Please return the watches to us in the way mentioned above (in the return section)
 
4. Please note that all customers are still responsible for the returning cost for exchange, but free of charge for new product delivery
